Today was basically dedicated to trying to get on top of my schoolwork. I have been working on my piece of the group project – looking at how India would potentially finance the Olympic Games in New Delhi if they were to bid for 2024. It’s definitely a challenging topic, but I am plodding slowly along.
This morning, we did manage to sneak in a little bit more sightseeing. We took the tube to Stratford to check out the Olympic Park and Westfield, the biggest mall in Europe! They’re pretty strict with how close they let people to the park, but we saw a decent view of it from the third floor of a department store in the mall.

Hey looks like you are getting around and seeing all the sites. Dan heard that a lot of the sports are not filled and that students are being let in for free….check it out….can’t hurt…..ENJOY!!!
I just heard that from some of the transportation workers too! I might give it a shot tomorrow and hope I get lucky!
